・Pick-up on arrival and drop-off on departure are available at the time and place of your choice within a 5 km (3.2 mi.) radius of JOYinn

・Please make a reservation at least 30 minutes prior to use.

・When staying for consecutive nights, one in the morning and one in the afternoon are available within the pick-up and drop-off times

CAUTION: 

*Pick-up / drop-off are one-way services with JOYinn as destination and departure, respectively

*Pick-up service at the train station is only available at Izu Kogen Station.（伊豆高原站）.

*There are no convenience stores near the hotel. It is possible to stop by a convenience store on the way from your location to JOYinn
